AGENDA & DESCRIPTION:
7:15am - 8:15am – Onsite race day packet pickup, make sure you bring your ID.

8:00am – Half Marathon start begins!

8:45am - 10K start begins!

​

8:50am - 5K start begins!

​

8:55am - 1 Mile Fun Run Race start begins!

ON COURSE AID STATIONS:

Water and electrolyte drink on the run for all athletes. Please carry your own gels, chews, etc.​

​

FINISH LINE FUN:

Stick around after the race for hot drinks and live music to keep the post race vibes warm.

​

AWARDS:
Listen for announcements. We will start the awards as soon as the majority of each distance have finished.​

• Top 3 Overall Male & Female Finishers for the 5K, 10K & Half Marathon race

• Top 3 Age Group Male & Female Awards for the 5k, 10K & Half Marathon race in the following age categories: 0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+ ​

 

RACE CUTOFFS:

Half marathon distance athletes have 3.5 hours to complete the half marathon. 5K, 10K and 1 mile distance athletes have 2.5 hours to complete the 5K, 10K and 1 mile.

​

Race management reserves the right to remove an athlete from the course and DNF the athlete if course officials determine there is no possibility of an athlete finishing before the posted cut off times based on an athlete’s location, time, and average speed up to that point.​

RACE SHIRT GUARANTEE:

Last day to register to be guaranteed a race shirt is December 3, 2026. After the cutoff date t-shirts will be distributed on a first come, first to register basis.

DOGS:

We love animals, but due to insurance requirements, dogs are not permitted on the race course. NOTE: Athletes who require a service animal as defined by the ADA in order to participate must contact us in advance so that we can make accommodations.

​

RUNNING WITH A STROLLER:

We welcome our littlest participants! If you plan to run or walk with a stroller, please be sure to register each child accompanying you. Registration is required for insurance and safety purposes and ensures your little race buddies receive their own customized race bib, a special prize at the finish line, and access to all on-course and finish line amenities.

VIRTUAL OPTION:

Can't join us in person but still want all the fun race swag and a little motivation to get those miles in? Our Virtual Race Option is perfect for you!

Register for the virtual event and we'll mail your race swag (shirt, medal, and bib) the week of the race. Complete your distance whenever and wherever you'd like, at your own pace! Want to share your accomplishment? Feel free to email us your results! We'd love to celebrate with you. Same great swag, same sense of accomplishment, just on your own schedule!

COURSE REMINDERS:
To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone at the race, please keep the following in mind:

• No dogs or unregistered strollers are permitted on the course.

• If you choose to wear headphones during the race, please keep the volume low enough to hear instructions from volunteers, police officers, and race crew, as well as communicate with fellow athletes. Your safety and the safety of others is our top priority!

• Stay to the right side of the trail at all times unless passing.

• Remain single file whenever possible, especially on narrower sections of the trail.

• If running or walking side by side, limit groups to no more than two people wide.

• Be aware of athletes around you and move to the right to allow faster runners to pass when needed.

• When passing, communicate clearly and safely.

INCLEMENT WEATHER, REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY:

There is NO inclement weather makeup date. In the event of inclement weather, race management reserves the right to cancel, alter, modify, or shorten the event/course if necessary for participant, volunteer, or staff safety. Any decision regarding race operations will be made with overall event safety as the top priority.

 

There are NO refunds, deferrals, or complimentary race entries to future events under any circumstances, including weather-related cancellations or course modifications. All entry fees are non-transferable, and race registrations may not be transferred to another participant.

All monies collected are used to plan, organize, and produce the event, including race supplies, permits, staffing, administration, and operational expenses. By registering, each participant acknowledges and accepts these risks and policies.

 

Participants concerned about unexpected circumstances are strongly encouraged to purchase the optional race insurance policy offered during registration.
