Pre-Event PACKET PICKUP & WOMEN'S EXPO

More than packet pickup, the She Dreams Bigger Women's Expo is a celebration of women who dream big and live boldly. Take time to browse and visit with women-owned businesses, local artisans, and health and wellness experts. It's the perfect opportunity to shop, connect, and be inspired as you kick off a weekend dedicated to movement, confidence, and community.

3:30-6:30PM
Make sure you bring your Photo ID. You may pick up other participant's packets.
RACE DAY & Finish Line Festival

PARKING:
Plenty of parking around Aquaport.
AGENDA & DESCRIPTION:
6:00am-7:45am – Race day packet pickup. We highly encourage that all athletes pick up their packets at the pickup event on Friday (see above for more details).
7:00am – Run or walk start begins for Half Marathon participants.
7:30am – Run or walk start begins for 10K then 5K then 1 Mile participants.
ON COURSE NUTRITION:
Please carry your own nutrition (gels, chews, snacks). Water and electrolyte drink on the run for all participants.
FINISH LINE FUN & WOMEN-CENTERED VENDOR BOOTHS:
Food, drinks and music at the finish line! We will also have boutiques, women-owned businesses, and sponsors waiting to share with you. Live music or a female DJ......plans are in the works!
AWARDS:
Listen for announcements. We will do the awards as soon as the majority have finished.

Top 2 Age Group Female Awards for 5K, 10K & Half Marathon race in the following age categories: 0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+

Please note - there are no awards for the 1 mile fun run category.
RACE CUTOFFS: Half marathon distance athletes have 4 hours to complete the half marathon. 5K and 10K distance athletes have 3.5 hours to complete the 5K and 10K.
Race management reserves the right to remove an athlete from the course and DNF the athlete if course officials determine there is no possibility of an athlete finishing before the posted cut off times based on an athlete’s location, time, and average speed up to that point.
RACE SHIRT GUARANTEE:
Last day to register to guarantee a race shirt is September 9, 2026.
INCLEMENT WEATHER, REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY:
There is NO inclement weather makeup date. In the event of inclement weather, race management reserves the right to cancel, alter, modify, or shorten the event/course if necessary for participant, volunteer, or staff safety. Any decision regarding race operations will be made with overall event safety as the top priority.
There are NO refunds, deferrals, or complimentary race entries to future events under any circumstances, including weather-related cancellations or course modifications. All entry fees are non-transferable, and race registrations may not be transferred to another participant.
All monies collected are used to plan, organize, and produce the event, including race supplies, permits, staffing, administration, and operational expenses. By registering, each participant acknowledges and accepts these risks and policies.
Participants concerned about unexpected circumstances are strongly encouraged to purchase the optional race insurance policy offered during registration.
PHOTO DISCLAIMER:
There may be a photographer on site capturing pictures of the event. Since this is a public event, we reserve the right to post photos on our social media or agency website. Photos may also be used in promotional materials.
