Weekend SCHEDULE 

LOCATION:

Antlers Resort, Table Rock Lake

 

Join Sally Drake and her incredible team of facilitators for a transformative weekend filled with inspiration, connection, and personal growth. This retreat is all about empowering you as a business leader, emerging leader, or entrepreneur. Customize your experience by selecting from the options below to create the perfect retreat tailored to YOUR needs!

 

Thursday:

3:00pm – Arrive and settle in at your house.

5:00pm – Welcome and unwind at the beautiful Antlers Conference Center as we get to know each other, meet the facilitators, and set our intentions for the weekend

6:00pm - Sips n’ Snacks – yummy dinner from Katy's Organic Kitchen and beverages while we take you through the agenda and options for your weekend + time to network
7:00pm - Master your Morning - Sally & facilitators share tips on creating a morning routine to keep you healthy, happy, and productive

8:00pm – Ladies head to your house to enjoy a peaceful night

 

Friday Morning:

Enjoy the early morning relaxing in your house, walking around the resort, or soaking in the hot tub!

8:00am – Coffee, connection, and light breakfast bites

9:00amSteph Auping - Hurdles to Women’s Advancement (interactive)

11:00am - Brunch / Walk / Break
 

Afternoon Options:

12:00pm - Focused work session = Power Sprint with Sally

4:30pm - Yoga
Break

6:15pm - Live music & cocktails in the Conference Center

Saturday:

8:30am – Coffee, connection, and light breakfast bites

9:30am – Facilitator - details coming soon!

10:30am - Yoga + Sound Bath

11:30pm - Brunch and closing reflections

12:30pm - Optional Branson excursions - we will have ideas for you!​ 

What to bring:
- Comfy clothes
- Shoes for walking 

- Yoga mat (we have a few extras)

- Small blanket for yoga, possible fire pit fun

- Swimsuit for indoor pool & hot tub
- Laptop
- Projects, ideas, etc to tackle in our focused work sessions

Sally Drake, Retreat Creator

Sally is the owner and Race Director of MSE (Multi-Sport Experience) Racing and produces quality endurance events including triathlons and running races in the Greater St. Louis area and Illinois. MSE Racing also provides timing and race services for other local directors. She is also a USAT Level II Triathlon Coach, coaching triathletes of all levels from newbie to elite, with a passion for helping them achieve or exceed their goals. She specializes in ultra-endurance, much through her experience in completing 13 full Ironman triathlons. Other specialties include training over 50 and fueling for optimal health and performance.

 

Sally created the women's retreats when she was seeking a getaway with like-minded gals that included adventure, relaxation, connection, and maybe some spiritual inspiration and art. She could not find what she was craving.......and MSE for Women was born!!

Steph Auping, Level-Up Leadership
 

Steph Auping is the Founder and Facilitator at Level-Up Leadership, a firm dedicated to preparing leaders to excel in today's complex and competitive business environment. Her focus lies in cultivating skill sets, nurturing a curious mindset, and amplifying the leadership impact of participants.

 

In both her current position and her past role as a CLO for Leadership & Co. and a founding faculty member of CEB/Gartner's Leadership Academies, she has effectively led career-defining leadership development programs for leaders across all major industries in 25 different countries. Her unique blend of expertise in adult learning and diverse consulting experience enables her to bridge the worlds of theory and practical application. Steph is particularly passionate about lifting up women leaders. She facilitates the Advancing Women Leaders Academy and is a team leader and presenter at Linkage's annual Women in Leadership Conference.

 

Beyond her executive role, Steph is deeply involved in her community and field. She is a cabinet member for the United Way of Greater St. Louis' Women's Leadership Society and leads the Women's Mentoring Steering Committee. Additionally, she contributes her expertise as an advisory board member for the Learning & Performance Institute and remains an active member of the Organizational Development Network.
