AGENDA & DESCRIPTION:
6:30am-7:30am – Onsite race day packet pickup, make sure you bring your ID.

8:00am – 5K start begins!

9:00am - 1 Mile Fun Run Race start begins!

ON COURSE AID STATIONS:

Water and electrolyte drink on the run for all athletes.

FINISH LINE FUN:

Stick around after the race for the annual community Ballwin Days
festival. It includes lots of live entertainment, a carnival, games, crafts, face painting, food & drinks, fireworks, and more! For more information click here.

AWARDS:
Listen for announcements. We will start the awards as soon as the majority of each distance have finished.

• Top 2 Age Group Male & Female Awards for the 5k race in the following age categories: 0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+

BALLWIN RACE SERIES
Challenge yourself and your friends to finish high in the Ballwin Race Series standings. The series of races offers a variety of events to challenge your all-around abilities. All race participants will receive points regardless of their placement. At the end of the year top finishers with the most points will receive free or discounted vouchers for select Ballwin Race Series events. A portion of every registration supports the Ballwin Parks and Recreation Scholarship Fund. INCLEMENT WEATHER, REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY:

There is NO inclement weather makeup date. In the event of inclement weather, race management reserves the right to cancel, alter, modify, or shorten the event/course if necessary for participant, volunteer, or staff safety. Any decision regarding race operations will be made with overall event safety as the top priority.

 

There are NO refunds, deferrals, or complimentary race entries to future events under any circumstances, including weather-related cancellations or course modifications. All entry fees are non-transferable, and race registrations may not be transferred to another participant.

All monies collected are used to plan, organize, and produce the event, including race supplies, permits, staffing, administration, and operational expenses. By registering, each participant acknowledges and accepts these risks and policies.

 

Participants concerned about unexpected circumstances are strongly encouraged to purchase the optional race insurance policy offered during registration.
