Ciara Brewer
A yoga teacher, writer, and passionate creatrix who is on a mission to guide yogis in exploring the depths of connection, transformation, and simplicity through yoga. She believes in the powers of conscious community, elevating compassion over judgement, and staying curious in life. Offerings are often thematic, weaving the threads of yogic philosophy, embodiment, and contemporary culture into the tapestry of each class. Using intuitive movements, yogis can work with the natural rhythm of their body to strengthen, increase range of motion, and notice the relationship between their emotional state and physical body. Classes welcome fresh and seasoned yogis alike. She holds an ERYT 200 and YACEP from the Yoga Alliance and is trained in the styles of tantric vinyasa, yin, and trauma-sensitivity.
At the retreat, the classes will be designed around the women who are attending. Ciara will also offer one-on-one or small group classes upon request for an extra fee.
